Software Functionality
The microRTU is packed with powerful features and functions such as:
· All individual I/O are configurable by alarm rising, falling,
delta change (Analogue) or state change (Digital)
· Programmable like a PLC.
· I/O Mapping.
· Intelligent Data Logger.
· Report by change of state.
· IO Mapping between stations.
Fault Finding
The SSE-OPC Server can also act as a powerful fault finding tool.
Detailed and comprehensive fault finding tests can be executed on
the microRTU.
PLC Programmability
The microRTU can also be programmed to execute control and other PLC
decision making tasks. Although it does not have the fast cycle
times of a PLC, complex tasks can still be executed. The PLC
instruction set programming can be done inside the SSE-OPC Server
programming and configuration Toolbox and can then be remotely
downloaded via any of the selected communication medium.
Local as well as remote control tasks can be done. Any microRTU can
control any other SSE-RTU through any of the available communication
mediums. |
