This unit is able to change basic parameters on the SSE-RTU11, view
the values of the analogue inputs and outputs and the digital inputs
and output statuses. The unit also allows you to change the values
and parameters as well as performing some basic tests.
The unit communicates through a RS232 port with the SSE-RTU11.
